is classified into 2 types: Emergency and Safeguard.
Emergency---one time
service to handle the emergency of IT system.
Safeguard--- long-term service to prevent from troubles of IT
system , to fulfill client’s various requirements on IT system
management, including entire system service outsourcing, partial
system service outsourcing, IT specialist outsourcing and remote
technical support call center outsourcing. |

IT system service into 2 types: System Platform Service and Core
Application Service.
System Platform
Service--- hardware maintenance, guarantee wire-layout, common
network devices (no Router), server, client equipment(include
drivers of hardware) run orderly; software maintenance,
including common network software, common OS of server and
client and application software in OS, ordinary application in
MS office software .
Core Application Service--- advanced application in MS office
software, equipments and software other than System Platform
Service, such as Internet, Exchange, financial system and etc. |

The initial target of IT system construction is to build an
information system which is beneficial to enterprise operation,
therefore, Greenbelt’s target is efficient enterprise
information, qualified system administrator and qualified staff
in the E time.
The enterprise
information construction is also classified into 2 types:
Extension and System administrator.
Extension---participate in enterprise’s information plan,
construction, improvement and upgrade and train some qualified
users for enterprises.
System administrator
---train, assist, teach users to be qualified system
administrator oriented by business.
In principal,
Greenbelt provides “System Construction” service only for
customers with “Base Maintenance Service”, because Greenbelt has
to know a lot about customer’s operation and business.
